Steel detailing is a process which transforms design/ engineering/ construction drawings to shop drawings. This process involves the details of all the steel parts for their interactivity & assembly. It helps the fabricators who feel quite easy to produce a speedy fabrication of steel parts in shop.

We utilize a fully computerized detailing system known as Tekla Structures Steel Detailing, formally known as XSteel. Tekla. is a 3D modeling system used for detailing structural steelwork.

Using Tekla our detailers create a 3D model of a complete steel structure including all the relevant information required for ordering, fabrication & erection.

All the drawings, material lists & bolt lists are produced automatically by the 3D model.

Our detailing service includes the provision of 3D general arrangements, assemble drawings, advance bill of materials, anchor bolt layouts & details, material order lists, member preparation details, fitting sheets, & CNC related information.

A wide variety of lists may be generated from Tekla due to the underlying flexibility of the Tekla database. The content of these lists can be customized to suit individual needs. Typical examples include: drawing lists, assembly lists, parts lists, bolt lists, assembly bolt lists, shipping lists, centre of gravity reports etc.

Tekla creates CNC data automatically for all items in the structure with the press of a single key. This facility substantially reduces time and improves efficiency throughout the production process.
